Celebrating Spring at Hancock

Hancock Tower

Spring has come early to Chicago! Clear blue skies, warm breezes and lots of sun – what more can a Chicagoan ask for!

I celebrated the early arrival of Spring by walking around Mag Mile. Hancock Tower stood glistening in the sun, the American flag outside fluttering gallantly in the breeze. This picture, taken from the sunken plaza right outside Hancock perfectly captured Chicago weather at its best. So here’s hoping for many more days like this one!

Don’t forget to try out the cute little Italian Deli called L’Appetito in the sunken plaza. Word of caution: The place might be small but their full size sandwiches aren’t!
